I support, advise & consult to my clients on how best to navigate the complexities of the music rights world, and in so doing maximise their business opportunities. My expertise is derived from my more than 25 years of experience in both building, inspiring & leading my own pan-African music publishing business, and then leading a global New Markets team (as a member of the Senior Leadership Team of the global publisher who acquired my business).
I specialise in 3 key areas:
- Supporting music publishing companies with their strategic priorities – including, among others, guidance on global collection strategy; unlocking Developing Market opportunities; support with Board Leadership (on MPAs, CMOs etc); assistance with growth strategy & business development; and an insightful, entrepreneurial approach to optimising operations & company culture.
- Assisting CMOs & RMEs with unlocking the true potential of their organisation, by tapping into my extensive expertise in Developing Markets, Business Development, the building of successful, profitable growth strategies.
- Advising clients who use music as a product – including Creative & Media Agencies or independent composers– on how to navigate the complexities of music rights licensing, and maximise their music ROI.
